Return and Refund Policy

Dollar Bookstore sells digital products only (ebooks and downloadable files). Nothing is shipped, and because your file is delivered immediately after purchase, we can't accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

We do want you to get what you paid for. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase if:

- The file won't download or open
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The file you received isn't the book you ordered

If any of these happen, we'll fix the problem or refund you.

How to ask for help
Email support@dollarbookstore.net with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 48 hours.

How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your payment provider.
