Welcome to Dollar Bookstore. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
Dollar Bookstore ("we", "us") is an online store based in Kenya that sells ebooks and other digital products. You can contact us at bookstoredollar@gmail.com.

2. Digital products and license
All books and files sold by Dollar Bookstore are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable license to read and keep the file. All content remains the property of Dollar Bookstore and its author.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your card or payment details. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud or if there's a pricing error.

4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email, with a download link, after your payment is confirmed. This usually takes a few minutes. Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout. If your email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If there's a problem with your file or order, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Our Return and Refund Policy has the full details.

6. Discount codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout, can't be combined unless we say so, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your download link, upload our files to other websites, sell or give away copies, or use our site in any way that is unlawful or could damage it. We may cancel orders or block access if these terms are broken.

8. Educational content and no guarantee of results
Our books and materials provide general information and guidance. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career counseling, and we can't guarantee any particular result, such as a job, promotion, or income. Your outcomes depend on your own situation and effort.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dollar Bookstore is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Where the law of your country gives you mandatory consumer rights, those rights still apply.
